The implementation of digital transformation has been one of our biggest challenges in recent years. Strauss was selected by the Bank to assist in the development of a roadmap and work plan for implementing digital transformation of the Campaigns & Insights Unit.

As a result of the extensive work by Strauss’ team, we have developed the Unit’s vision, organizational structure, internal and external work structures, and established clear work routines. To impart the required skills to the Unit’s personnel, training programs were recommended. Strauss Strategy helped Bank Discount improve customer experience and communication by leveraging its sales and service processes more effectively and efficiently.
