The steps of the process:

Identifying the challenge and defining the need.
Business development – Design Thinking stage, including the development of Lean Canvases and Business Plans, branding plans, and light prototyping.
Development of an MVP based on cloud technologies.
The development of a plan for achieving PMF (Product Market Fit).
The presentation of the story (storytelling) and preparation of a pitch for investors and management.
