To support an organization’s business goals, it is necessary to adjust existing organizational systems while considering the potential business benefits resulting from the system’s adjustment, replacement or upgrade.
As part of the project, the functional and technological work processes of the organization will be analyzed. The Strauss team will lead the change in the organization, including SOW (statement of work) development, definition of requirements (Test Parameters Document), development of RFP formats, tender applications (if required), supplier communication management, formulation of responses for various applications, selection of optimal solutions and service providers, and development of an action plan for implementation.
Throughout the project, we assist with leading the change and implementing it, beginning with the development of detailed specifications, proceeding to various stages of implementation and testing, and concluding with the launch of the project and ongoing support throughout the process.
