In order to prepare for providing solutions for a company’s business and technological needs, it is essential to develop a roadmap for infrastructure to support the company’s information systems based on its business strategy. This roadmap will contain practical action plans for implementation while taking into account such aspects as infrastructure projects, transition to the cloud, resilience, business continuity, organization structure and processes, service and support (SLA), and many more.

The process is based upon the following steps:

Discovery – in-depth research of needs, gaps, challenges, and opportunities.
Understanding – working from the given to the desired, to crystallization of insights and formation of an actionable strategy.
Compass – development of an action plan for immediate implementation and for a longer term, and a multi-year work plan that includes projects for execution, implementation schedules, organizational and budgetary preparedness, and more.
