Yesterday we had the opportunity to learn first-hand about Strauss Strategy’s Client Experience, an innovative methodology and toolkit from X-Labs.
As part of a two-days’ workshop in strategy and work plans, that we have organized for ourselves, we have listened to feedbacks from you, our dear clients, partners, and Cloud suppliers. We conducted brainstorming and discussions on how we can bring more value to you this year. The workshop was led by Strauss’ CEO – Smadar Oz, and Business Specialist – Ronit Ritz Boano.
During our engagement, we ask you questions, listen to you, and always strive to improve and enhance the values that support your needs and expectations.
Using ourselves as a test subject, we tried different approaches to developing a company strategy and work plan… Not in the traditional way, but by using innovating tools for identifying opportunities, dealing with weaknesses, leveraging strengths, utilizing the designthinking tools to find answers to strategic questions and challenges by asking ourselves How might we generate ideas and define future focal activity areas.
Having started the process with our team of leading in-house specialists, we continue to work on it vigorously.
